A Syrian actor, born in 1930 in Aleppo. He was one of the founders of the People's Theater. Mahmoud Hamed participated in many Syrian films produced during the seventies and eighties, most notably The Cheetah and The Borders. Moreover, he participated in prominent Syrian series, including Khan Al-Harir and Al Zeir Salim. He died on January 19, 2014.
