He is an Egyptian director who graduated from the Film Institute, production department in 1989. He began as an assistant director with major directors, such as Hussein Kamal, Ashraf Fahmy, and Ahmed Yehia. He moved to Nile TV and presented several programs and commercials and directed video clips for a number of singers, such as Ali El Haggar. He is known for Sherif and a Half (2008- 2010).
