An Egyptian actor who was born to an artistic family; his father was Ahmed El Demerdash and his brothers are Nour and Farouk El Demerdash. He appeared in the early seventies and worked for many years in religious and historical series, including Muhammad the Messenger of Allah, and Harun al-Rashid.
