A Syrian actress of Palestinian origin, she began her artistic career in high school, where she participated in acting in the school theatre. After finishing school, she joined the Higher Institute of Performing Arts, and participated in several series in the 1990s. Her breakthrough was the role of "Amal" the TV series Jamil and Hanaa's Diaries (1997). Some of her notable works are The Key (2012) and Have Mercy on Us (2014).
