An Omani actress and presenter, born in Qatar and raised in Salalah. She resided in Kuwait to study at the Institute of Theatrical Arts. After completing her studies, she returned to her country and worked as an actress and presenter on Oman’s Radio and Television. She participated in the TV movie And Somaya Emerges from the Sea, and in the series Sohail's Rising, where she achieved great success and began to play major roles. She wore the hijab in 2000 and announced her retirement, but then decided to continue her career by presenting programs on Oman TV and Radio, in addition to acting in radio productions. Among her television series: Splash and Sprinkle, and Folkloric Tales.
