The founder and director of Cairo Contemporary Dance Center. She joined the Film Institute in Egypt, then traveled to Italy to study contemporary dance. She also studied contemporary dance at the London Contemporary Dance School of the University of Canterbury in England, from which she obtained a BA and MA. When she returned back to Egypt, she worked as an assistant teacher at the Ballet Institute, and as a teacher at the Egyptian Opera House theater. She's known for Bimbo, and Newton's Cradle.
