A Kuwaiti actress of Iraqi origins. She obtained a degree in acting and directing from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Kuwait. She participated in a number of works, such as Destinies, Spring Thorns, and Sherbaka. She married the director and author Hassan Al-Matrouk and got two sons - Ammar and Miqdad. She belonged to an artistic family, as she was the sister of the artists Souad, Najat, Hoda, and Sahar Hussein. She died in the early nineties of the in a car accident.
