A Saudi actor and director who obtained a BA in Sociology from King Abdulaziz University in 1986. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Producers Association, and he is its official spokesman as well as the head of the Theater and Cinema Committee, and one of the founding members of the Saudi Playwrights Association. He founded the Jeddah Dramatic Arts troupe in 1986. His TV works include Tent on the Road, Delusion, The Path of Sins, and When the Truth Is Gone. He also has great contributions to Saudi theater, where he founded Omar El Jasser theater, the first theater to be under the supervision of the Culture and Arts Association, and presented the first Saudi political documentary play regarding the Gulf crisis.
