Egyptian independent film director, actress and professor at the High Cinema Institute. Her works include Divorcing a Man, The Lighthouse, Who Shot Hend Allam?, Confidential Files, Sea Tales, and Al-Ashouria History. She was the wife of director Dr. Khaled Bahgat. She passed away on 18 January 2021 after a long battle with cancer.
