A Lebanese actress, born in 1943 in Beirut. She studied acting at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Beirut, and graduated in 1965. She began her career in theater in 1965 and appeared in many plays, such as The Man Who Sold the Sun, Al-Mutanabbi, and The King Is the King. Some of her TV credits include Akhut Shanay (1973), Those Were the Days (1964) and Asking for Marriage (1997). She died on 25 March 2009.
