A Syrian actor born in Damascus. He obtained degrees in mathematics as well as theater. He plays several instruments including piano, organ, and accordion. He became a member of the Artists Syndicate in 1989. He worked in film, theater, television and radio. His credits include A Groom for the Sultan's Daughter, Faust and the Bald Princess, and The Judge.
