A Kuwaiti journalist, director and actor, of Iraqi origin, born on November 1, 1937. He obtained Kuwaiti citizenship in 1961. He completed his university studies in Cairo, and during his work he met many pioneers of Arab renaissance and modernity such as Taha Hussein and Mustafa El Akkad. He began to work in the sixties of the twentieth century by standing behind the microphone as a preparer, presenter, director, interviewer and writer for programs on Kuwait Radio. In Kuwait TV, he worked in journalism, acting, directing and radio, and was considered one of the pioneers. He has two published books.
