An Omani actor, who is considered one of the founders of Omani drama and one of the main pillars in the field of acting as he took it upon himself to develop and build the pillars of modern art with his colleagues in the Sultanate through the consolidation of the art of theater and drama. He was born in Al Batinah, and when he reached the age of five, he emigrated with his family to Kuwait and lived his childhood there, until he graduated from high school, then he returned in 1972 to the Sultanate, and there, he joined the Ministry of Information, then was appointed as a broadcaster on the radio in 1974. Thereafter, he went to Cairo with a group of his colleagues to study theater in an intensive course for a whole year, after which he returned home with a more mature level of artistry and presented with his colleagues societal issues in many theatrical and dramatic works, the success of which reached the Arab Gulf region. Among his most important works are The Land Remains and Fathers and Sons. He also participated in the Omani Ramadan Riddles Juha and His Donkey.
