Egyptian media personality, born in Damietta Governorate. She held several positions, including the head of the censorship of artistic works, but her real fame came from her famous program Cinema Club, which was broadcast by Egyptian television for many years every Saturday evening on Channel One. She became the first woman to be the Minister of Information, and also was the last Minister of Information in Egypt.
