A Syrian actor, born in Aleppo. He is a founding member of the Workers' Theater Troupe. He has served as Secretary of the Arab Acting Club in Aleppo. He wrote a radio series, which was broadcast on Damascus Radio, entitled The Abyss. He gave a number of lectures in the field of theatrical art. He published a book, entitled "Masrah Halab Fi Meat Aam 1900-2000" (The Theater of Aleppo in One Hundred Years 1900-2000). He participated as an actor in many television and theatrical works, in addition to several radio works. He has been a member of the Artists Syndicate since 1989. Among his works in the theater are Faust and Othello.
