An Egyptian actor and singer, born in Cairo in 1929. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He began singing in 1961 on the Egyptian radio by imitating the songs of Mohamed Abdel Wahab. His lyrical score exceeded 350 songs. He presented two shows to the theater: The Great Night, and Rod Al Farag. He moved away from the artistic community completely since the seventies of the last century until he died at the age of 73 after suffering a heart attack at his home in Shubra in 2005.
