Adib El Hafiz is a Jordanian actor who was born in 1929. He started acting while at high school on the school's theater. He was a founding member of the Jordanian Theater Family, alongside many actors who went on to become iconic in their country, including Hany Snobar, Ihsan Amasha and Nabil El Meshiny. Their first stage production was “Al Fakh” (The Trap), a Robert Thomas adaptation. Adib worked in Ramallah's Radio before the establishment of Jordanian Radio, and participated in a lot of radio series. He also played roles in many television series including: “Souq El Alghaz” (Riddle Market) and “Abu Frias El Hamdany.” Adib suffered from paralysis in his later years, which he spent mostly on his bed, until his death in 2013, at the age of 84.
