A Syrian actress who studied at the University of Aleppo. During her studies, in 1983, she took up theatrical acting through the National Theater in Aleppo. She appeared in the play Oriental Wedding and continued her acting on stage while pursuing her graduate studies in English...Read more literature. She went to Damascus, took up applied theatrical studies, and studied under director Jawad Al Asadi and director and writer Farhan Bulbul. She continued working on stage in the National Theater with the plays The Invaders, as well as Gilgamesh, and with the Cultural Center Troupe in Aleppo with the play Dwellers of the Cave, in addition to the university theater. Her other credits include Proceedings of Next Year (1985), The Hotel (1998), and The End of a Brave Man (1994).
