A Syrian director, editor, and sound engineer, originally from Damascus. He studied at Damascus University and worked at the Syrian Radio and Television Corporation. He worked as an editor and sound engineer for many TV series and evening shows and has some experience working as an actor. Among the most important works are A Small Stone (1996), Those Days (1999), The Will, A Woman's Shadow (2007), and Bahlol, the Wisest of the Madmen (2007).
