Mohsen joined Qatar Radio and Television, and wrote three Qatari series, the first of which was the series "Dana", which won the Carthage Festival award in 1982. Mohsen worked on Qatar Radio from 1980 until 1992 in the Programs Department. During that period, he wrote more than 200 radio programs, and he also presented 13 novels known as "Arab Novels". He was also a member of the Foreign Film Censorship Committee at Qatar TV, after which he traveled to Canada and established a company there to distribute series, through which he dubbed a large number of foreign works. In 1996, he joined Qatar Cinema Company and served as the company's general manager, as he helped establish many Qatari cinemas. He passed away on June 17, 2020.
