An Egyptian author, born on August 7, 1937 in Giza. He contributed to the founding of Gallery magazine in 1968. He obtained different educational certificates. As a result, he worked in various professions. Before graduating from university, he worked as an account clerk in a textile factory in Shubra El-Kheima and a music teacher. He also worked as a teacher of arithmetic, algebra and engineering for the preparatory stages in Egypt and Morocco. After graduating from university, he worked as a financial and administrative inspector at the Ministry of Youth in the sixties. After his success in publishing some stories, he moved to mass culture. He remained in mass culture until he traveled to Switzerland in 1979 and worked in the Arabic written, visual and audio press in Geneva. Among his works is Years of Love and Salt series. He passed away on April 10, 2020.
