An Egyptian director, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in directing at the Higher Institute of Cinema in 1999. Among his works: Rabiaa's Other Half, Mother of the Bride and The Fox. He died on Saturday, January 13, 2007 of cancer, and was buried in the family cemetery in Aziziyah, Sharqia.
