Reda Al Jammal was born in Damietta. He received a Bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Theatrical Arts in 1974. His debut was in the series The Daughter of the Days (1976), then he starred in the last season of the series Muhammad the Messenger of Allah (1984), where he played the role of Hamza ibn Abdul-Muttalib. He participated in the famous children’s series Bougy and Tamtam. He also starred in many musical plays, such as Sayed Darwish's operetta The Good Companionship. He has many radio works and has fixed programs, such as A Whisper of Reproach. He participated in the TV series, including The People of the Askar Hamlet.
