Mohamed Ibrahim El Desouki El Bosati was an Egyptian writer. He was born in the town of El-Gamaliya overlooking Lake Manzala in Dakahlia Governorate. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in 1960. He worked as general manager of the Central Auditing Organization, and editor-in-chief of the literary series "Voices" issued in Cairo by the General Authority for Cultural Palaces. Among his works are the movies The Honour (2000) and Adam's Autumn (2002).
