Egyptian director, he holds a Bachelor’s degree at the Higher Institute of Cinema, Directing Department in 1996, a Higher Management Diploma in Film Direction in 1998, and a Master’s in Film Direction in 2000. He won the Golden Award for Best Director of the Tenth Cairo Festival for Radio and Television in 2004 for the film The End of the World. Among his works are Goofy Loonies (2007) and The Condolences of the Villagers (2005).
