Syrian-British writer and director born in 1965. He is a graduate of Northern Film School from which he earned his BA and MA. He worked as a professor at the Leeds Metropolitan University and the University of Damascus, Faculty of Mass Communication. He wrote and directed the series Khalid Ibn Al-Walid S2 (2007).
