An Egyptian director and actor, born in Cairo. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts in Cairo. He is best known for The Egyptians, Devil's Gardens, and Mom's Husband. He suffered a heart attack as a result of lung cancer complications, and died on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the age of 57
