Wajeh Abdel Ghani was born in August 1933. He attended the Institute of Fine Arts and was appointed as a teacher at the same institute, then He was appointed as a teacher at the Teachers Institute. One of his first roles was in the play Qays and Layla. He also co-founded the July 14 Troupe in 1958. His television debut was in the series One Thousand and One Nights. He worked as director of the National Acting Troupe in 1967, then as Director of Production on radio and television. He also worked as a presenter for the program Angles of the Camera, which achieved great success, while his films include 100%. He died on January 26, 1998.
