An Egyptian director, actor and broadcaster, born on 25/4/1934 in Cairo. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Department, Cairo University, then a diploma from the Higher Institute of Acting Art in 1957. At the beginning of his life, he worked as a reservation officer for the United Airlines. He joined the Egyptian Radio on 5/7/1959 as an "assistant director". On 1/1/1973 he returned again to work in the radio sector, where he worked as a director in the supervision of the acting in the general programme, till he reached his last position which was an advisor to the head of the radio sector. He had a Certificate of Appreciation in his honor. Among his most important works: the play A Witness Who Hasn't Seen Anything and A person lives only once.
