An Egyptian director, editor and writer, who obtained a BA in history from Cairo University, then joined the Academy of Arts and graduated in 2007. She participated in many documentary-making workshops outside Egypt, such as a workshop in cooperation with Al Arabiya Channel in partnership with the BBC, and a workshop for talented filmmakers at the Berlin International Festival in 2008, whereupon she made several documentaries, with which she participated in many festivals. Among her most prominent work: Me and the Agenda, Once Upon a Time at the Berlin Festival, and Tale of Rebellion.
