Emma Stone is an American actress who born on November 6, 1988 in Scottsdale, Arizona. While growing up, Stone was a member of the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. Following TV appearances in Medium, Malcolm in the Middle and Lucky Louie, Stone made her film debut in the teen blockbuster Superbad (2007). Since her cinema debut, Stone has appeared in a variety of well received movies including Zombieland (2009), Easy A (2010), The Help (2011), The Amazing Spiderman (2012) and Gangster Squad (2012). She received various accolades for playing Mia in the romantic musical La La Land in 2016 including an Academy Award and a BAFTA Award for Best Actress.
