He is an American actor and producer, born on August 19, 1969, in Williamstown, Massachusetts. His father, actor John Bennett Perry attracted him to acting, so Matthew decided to act beside playing tennis. Among his first roles is the TV series, Boys Will Be Boys (1987). Perry is known for The Whole Nine Yards (2000), Friends (1994-2004), and 17 Again (2009).
