Among her first roles was a supporting role in “Ferris Beuller” a TV adaptation of John Hughes’ hit teen comedy “Ferris Beuller’s Day Off”. The show was quickly taken off the air however. Jennifer Aniston’s career took off when she was cast as Rachel Green in the hit TV sitcom “Friends”. Aniston retained that role from the show’s start in 1994 until its finale in 2004. Aniston’s role in friends helped establish her as an actor and was followed by a long string of film roles including roles in “Derailed”, “Rumor Has It” and “Management” among other films.
