A writer, director, and producer, born as Robert Bartleh Cummings, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA, in 1965. He graduated from Haverhill High School in 1983, after which he moved to New York to join the Parsons School of Design. He also worked briefly as a production assistant in Pee-wee's Playhouse. He founded a band called White Zombie and released his first music album in 1997. In 2007, Zombie released his hit movie Halloween. Among his most famous work: The Devil's Rejects (2005), Grindhouse (2007), The Lords of Salem (2012), and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017).
