She started her career in 1994 at the Ministry of Business Sector, but quitted to...Read more work in the magazine Nisf El Dunya in 1996. She presented a radio program on Radio Al-Sharq al-Awsat in 1998, and she published several books, the most important of which are The Lady of the Singing Train about Laila Murad (2002) and Youssef El-Sibai, Seven Faces (2005). She participated in the movie Dangerous Years (1985).
