Egyptian playwright born in 1964 with a degree in Accounting. He has worked in writing ever since he graduated in 1989. He wrote many award-winning plays and translated many works by foreign authors from English to Arabic. He has only 2 published plays which are "Igius" and "The Laurel Wreath". He wrote the series Abdel Aziz Street (2011), and The Thug (2012).
