British-American actress born in Guildford, England on 18 March 1989, daughter of British musician Phil Collins and sister of Simone Collins, she moved to the United states at the age of 5. She graduated at Harvad Yestlake College and is currently a student at the University of Southern California where she studies broadcasting. She also teaches theatre at the Youth Academy of Performing Arts. She was selected as the face of the world famous house of Chanel. She is also politically active, Lilly participated in the 2008 United States presidential election campaign and was awarded the Youth Award.
