He is a Jamaican art director, who began working at Disney as an effects assistant on The Prince and the Pauper (1990). His work as an art director include: Chicken Little (2005) and The Princess and the Frog (2009). He also worked on the visual development for Pocahontas (1995), Tarzan (1999), Dinosaur (2000), and was the production designer on Moana (2016).
