Tobin Bell is an American actor who was born in Queens, New York on the 7th of August 1942. Bell’s family was well acquainted with the media as his English-born mother, Eileen Bell Tobin, was an actress while his father, Joseph H. Tobin, founded the WJDA radio station in Quincy, Massachusetts. Bell has starred in numerous television and film roles but is perhaps best known for portraying the “Jigsaw” killer in the “Saw” film franchise. Aside from that role, Bell has also appeared “The Road to El Dorado”, “Goodfellas” and “The Firm” to name a few film productions. Bell has also had guest appearances on such shows as “ER”, “24” and “The West Wing” among others.
