An American actor, born 7 December 1956, in Baltimore, Maryland. He began his career in 1980. He is famous for appearing in Saw, Profiler, Murder, She Wrote and The X-files. He also appeared in the acclaimed film The Shawshank Redemption (1994) alongside Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins.
