An Egyptian lyric poet, born on June 18, 1942. He memorized the Holy Qur'an at an early age. He graduated from Al-Azhar secondary school in 1960 from Mansoura and obtained a diploma in calligraphy. He started his life as a teacher in a private school, then as a calligrapher, then as a private teacher, and then he started writing songs in nightclubs. He wrote Riddles for 17 continuous years and the heroine of the episodes was the artist Nelly. He was the first to introduce culture into the riddles.
