Egyptian writer born in Tanta in 1926. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1947 and worked as an art teacher. Afterwards, he devoted himself to journalism and worked in newspapers and magazines for 40 years. He wrote several works including "A Widow in White Clothes" and "A Father's Papers".
