An American actor, born as Laurence John Fishburne III on July 30, 1961 in Augusta, Georgia, USA. He moved at the age of 10 to Brooklyn following his parents' divorce. He attended the New York's High School of the Performing Arts, and graduated from Lincoln Square Academy. In 1973, Laurence played a recurring role on the daytime soap One Life to Live. Fishburne has two children, from his first marriage to actress Hajna O. Moss, and one child from actress Gina Torres, whom he married in 2002. Some of his works include John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017), The Matrix (1999) and Man of Steel (2013).
