Andrew Keving Walker was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania on the 14th of August 1964. He is perhaps best known for writing the screenplay for the film “Seven” that starred Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman. That screenplay earned him a nomination for the American BAFTA awards. Among the other screenplay that he has written are the scripts for “8 mm” and “Sleepy Hollow”. Upon graduating from Mechanicsburg Area Senior Highschool in 1982, Andrew enrolled in Penn State University where he studied film. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in film and video in 1986. After completing his college education, Andrew moved to New York. Initially he found little success as a screenwriter. However, his career took a positive turn when he wrote the screenplay for “Seven” and moved to Los Angeles to promote his script.
