Fadi Foukaih is a theatrical actor and art director, born on December 10, 1956 in Qalyubia Governorate. He obtained a BA of Artistic Education, Department of Sculpture from Helwan University. He became a member of the Syndicate of Artists and worked as the director of the art departments at the Modern Theater and as a set designer at the National Theatre. He worked in the play You're Free.
