Egyptian singer who emerged in the late 1950s. He studied at the High Institute of Music Education and received his BA in 1964. He was hired as a Music teacher in Kuwait and then settled in Libya in the late 1960s where he worked in the Libyan Television, he performed a Libyan national song in 1969. He then returned to Kuwait once more until he died there in 1984. His works include the film The Love Nest (1959).
