An American screenwriter and television executive, born on December 13, 1910 in New York City to Jewish parents. He started his life as a journalist, and in the 1930s, he moved to Los Angeles after he heard that there was a demand for comic writers. He's best known as the creator of the television sitcom Bewitched (1964-1972). His other work include Mr. Adams and Eve (1957) and Walk Don't Run (1966). He passed away on April 16, 2011, at age 100.
