Palestinian lyricist who was born in the town of Sakhnin, Acre, in 1924. He completed his primary studies in the city of Nazareth and did his secondary and university studies at the American College of Art in Sidon, Lebanon, and graduated in 1945. After his graduation, he worked in journalism, poetry, writing articles, and doing research. He wrote several published books, including: "Loyalty and Treachery Among Women and Men" and "Caliphs, Kings, Princes, and Lovers". He died in Ballouneh, Beirut, in 2004.
