An American director, screenwriter, producer, illustrator, and voice actor, born on March 12, 1962 in Colorado. He graduated from California Institute of the Arts in 1984. He's best known for co-writing and co-directing the animated films Lilo & Stitch (2002) and How to Train Your Dragon (2010) along with Dean DeBlois.
