Lebanese novelist, born in Beirut in 1952. She studied French literature and began her journey with teaching, journalism, and translation in Lebanon. She published her first literary work in 1985 entitled “Visitors.” She immigrated to France in 1985. She worked on the Orient Radio there. She published a number of novels including "The Laughter Stone" and "My Lord and My Beloved".
